put the stratagem of brand in practice, develop the
benefit agriculture actively round the policy of "make
agriculture more effective, make farmers more rich",
accelerate comprehensive development of agriculture,
industrialization and modernization of agriculture were
quickened.

of agriculture
In
2003, our county carries out the policies of agriculture
of the Party seriously and optimizes the environment
of agriculture, but because of the extraordinary flood,
the inseminated acreage is 228,698ha. Reduced by 4.3%
than the last year. Total output of commissariat is
457,000T; total output of oil plants is 37,400T, total
output of cotton is 626T, total output of hemp is 1,243T.
Industrialization of agriculture was quickened; our
county was appraised as one of 10 of agriculture industrialization
demonstration counties again, Qingfa Group was appraised
as the top enterprise of agriculture industrialization
again.

Structure
of agriculture
On the base of developing plant products industry, stockbreeding
and aquatic products industry, our county develops the
farm produce process industry, zoology agriculture, junketing
agriculture, organic food agriculture and agriculture
for earning foreign exchange. According to the demand
of producing famous brand and occupying the market, our
county develops famous, special, good and new production
actively; give major power to stockbreeding and aquaculture.
In 2003, there are 2,210,000 live pigs, 32,810,000 fowls
in our county, include 5,530,000 white gooses. Output
of meat is 198,555T and output of aquatic product is 53,420T.

Production value of agriculture
The step of adjusting the structure of agriculture
was quickened, the benefit of agriculture appeared.
In 2003, our county takes the benefit agriculture as
the central work; speed up the step of adjusting the
structure of agriculture, develop the industrial crops
and the aquaculture actively, good effort was got in
this year. Total production value of agriculture reached
￥3,416,750,000.
