were 1,420,000 people with certain literacy, account
for 95% of the whole population, far advanced than "the
four GENERALs", there are 110 people with literacy
of senior high school or above in a 10,000 people, and
there are 57 people with literacy of junior college
or above in them, far advanced than "the four GENERALs".
